TheJobsPulse offers a 30-day money-back guaranteeon paid subscriptions to the thejobspulse service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address associated with your purchase, or contact our support team at support@thejobspulse.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
